No. The Traveler Portal is part of the TripMatrix platform. There are no additional fees to activate or use it with your clients.
With one click, you send your client a secure, personalized link. They log in to view their full itinerary, pricing, payment terms, and travel documents – no app download required, no attachments, no lengthy email threads.
Yes. Clients can approve their trip proposal and complete payment directly through the Traveler Portal. If your company uses Stripe or Repayd, online payments are processed securely and automatically recorded in TripMatrix - both in your back-office and on the portal, with no manual reconciliation needed.
If you use a different payment method, you can display the relevant payment instructions to the client through the portal (such as wire transfer details of an embedded link to an external payment gateway). In this case, once the payment is received, the agent manually enters it into TripMatrix to update the trip status accordingly.
Once payment is confirmed, clients have instant access to all relevant travel documents, including invoices, vouchers, tickets, and any other documents generated or uploaded through TripMatrix.
