Collected by Agency

Your travel company manages the traveler-facing sale.

  • Your travel company defines the sales price. The B2B Partner reviews and sends the offer to the traveler.
  • The traveler reviews, accepts, books, and pays your agency through TripMatrix.
  • The B2B Partner earns the agreed commission.
  • Commission payments are made outside TripMatrix, while both parties can track the payout status within the platform. Your agency can mark the commission as paid in TripMatrix, and the B2B partner can confirm receipt through the B2B Portal.
  • Traveler → Agency (Traveler payment)
  • Agency → B2B Partner (Partner commission)

Collected by Partner

Your B2B Partner manages the traveler-facing sale.

  • Your travel company provides the Partner with a net offer price. The Partner defines the final sales price for the traveler.
  • The traveler can review the trip in the Traveler Portal, but does not accept, book, or pay through TripMatrix.
  • The Partner collects payment from the traveler outside TripMatrix. Your agency collects the full agreed net amount from the Partner.
  • Traveler → B2B Partner (Final sales price — outside TripMatrix)
  • B2B Partner → Agency (Agreed net amount)
